I went on a quick break from London, I thought why not go on a stay-cation as I needed to recharge my batteries and just to chill out and go somewhere in the UK that I have never been to before.

VEGAN CARIBBEAN FOOD PREP WEEK 6

Wha ah gwan peeps, lol!  This week it my vegan Caribbean food prep week 6 and I really enjoyed it!  I did ackee, callaloo with cabbage, fried some plantain in my air fryer and did a little cous cous on the side!  Enjoy.

What ah gwan peeps?  I had a great week and of note it was mothers day, I started cycling again and I got my food prep in.  I mentioned how I got my protein on a vegan diet so here are the snap shots I promised:

So I decided that it was best to food prep so I don't get tempted to order out lol so here is week 1, there will be more to come!

MONTEGO BAY, ON MY WAY TO THE AIRPORT

Even after being in Jamaica for a couple of months I was still shocked as to they way the police and army carry their guns like it was nothing!  I was on my way to Montego Bay Airport as I was meeting my friend to go to Miami, enjoy.

ALDI VEGAN SHOPPING HAUL - WEIGHT LOSS JOURNEY WEEK 1

Help! what have I gone and done, I have started a weight loss Journey after being in Jamaica and losing a dress size!  So I thought to myself why not carry on?  In this video I went to Aldi to start my food prep, and I also show some of the products I got from Argos and food I am using to aid in my weight loss.  If you are interested I also have a Facebook group and you can find me under Valerie Natural where I will start recording my weight loss but I will also do it here!  

So drum roll pleaseeeee, my current weight as per week 1 is 18 stone exactly, so if I lost a dress size that mean I must have been at least a half a stone heavier if not more (wow).
