I went on a quick break from London, I thought why not go on a stay-cation as I needed to recharge my batteries and just to chill out and go somewhere in the UK that I have never been to before.

VEGAN CARIBBEAN FOOD PREP WEEK 6

Wha ah gwan peeps, lol!  This week it my vegan Caribbean food prep week 6 and I really enjoyed it!  I did ackee, callaloo with cabbage, fried some plantain in my air fryer and did a little cous cous on the side!  Enjoy.

This week it was a really quick food prep for week 5 but I really enjoyed it as it included one of my favorite meals, Singapore noodles!  Enjoy!

I had such a busy week, I did food prep,  I went for an interview, went Jamaican food shopping went to a special gym for injuries (sorry could not show) and all while I had guests staying with me!
